POLICIES & COVID-19 GUIDELINES

To ensure we can maintain the best experience for you here, as well as respect our space and hardworking stylists, we kindly ask you to accept these policies.

01 | SANITATION

We've installed an air purifying system that fights against 99% of viruses.

Contact-less sanitation stations for clients and staff.

We will be disinfecting stations after each visit.

02 | CONTACT-LESS

Paperless salon. 

All forms & documents necessary for your appointment must be submitted through our website.

Payments are accepted through CC or Cash. 

Gratuity is in cash or Venmo. 

 

03 | RETAIL

We currently do not accept any retail returns.

All retail is nonrefundable.

 

04DEPOSITS

Your appointment is a stylists precious time and space allocated especially for you. A no-show or last minute cancellation means the stylist has now lost out on the time dedicated for you, that could have been saved for another client.

 

In order to respect this, we must charge a 50% cancellation fee, calculated on the service total, for all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start-time.

No Call, No Show appointments will be charged 100% of their service total.

 

Those who cancel within 24 hours and have extenuating circumstances will be exempt*

 

05KEEPING THE LITTLE ONES AT HOME

While we know parenting is your priority as mothers or fathers, a salon can be a very unsafe environment for your young loved ones. With hot tools, scissors, and machines easy to all run into, we want to ensure your child's safety. Better to be safe than sorry in a place where we want you to come, relax, and not have any worries.
